Linear Position: Temposonics

Temposonics magnetostrictive sensors go into pharmaceutical filling equipment, process vessels and laboratory equipment. The position magnet does not touch the sensor rod, so there is no mechanical wear and no drift. The output is absolute, which means the sensor knows its position the instant power is restored. There is no homing sequence and no undefined state after an interruption.

Rotary Encoders: POSITAL IXARC

POSITAL IXARC absolute encoders are used on robotic arms, conveyors and filling equipment, with PROFINET, EtherCAT and CANopen interfaces depending on the controller. Safety-rated variants are certified to SIL2 and PLd. Stainless steel housings are available for cleanroom and washdown areas.

Inclinometers: POSITAL TILTIX

Tilt and inclination measurement for equipment positioning and safety monitoring, rated to IP67 and IP69K.

Automation Control

Unitronics PLCs and HMIs for process control and recipe management. Pixsys controllers for temperature and pressure regulation in validated environments.
