The Temposonics MH-Series EMBEDDED is a magnetostrictive position sensor for full embedment inside hydraulic cylinders on mobile machinery. Absolute, non-contact measurement with IP69K sealing, rated for high shock, vibration and EMC immunity.

The Temposonics MH-Series EMBEDDED is a magnetostrictive position sensor for full embedment inside hydraulic cylinders on mobile machinery. Absolute, non-contact measurement with no mechanical wear. IP69K sealed via proprietary M12 or DT connector systems. The standard MH covers strokes from 50mm to 2500mm with 0.1mm resolution and Analog, CANbus and PWM outputs. The MH200 long-stroke variant covers cylinders up to 5000mm with 0.5mm resolution and Analog or CANbus output. Both variants are engineered for high shock, vibration and EMC immunity.
The MH-Series EMBEDDED is designed for in-cylinder absolute position measurement on mobile hydraulic machinery. Confirmed applications include front axle steering cylinders, articulated frame steering and hydraulic jacks on agricultural tractors, telehandlers and construction equipment. The MH200 variant is specified where cylinder stroke exceeds 2500mm.
