Temposonics SoCLEAN® in Ireland
The Level Plus SoCLEAN is an LP-Series magnetostrictive liquid level transmitter for hygienic and sanitary process applications. Standard sanitary finish Ra 25µin; electropolished Ra 15µin available. 3-A Sanitary certified. It provides 4-in-1 measurement from a single process connection: product level, interface level, temperature and volume. Rated for CIP and SIP procedures. Measuring lengths from 305mm to 7,620mm. Outputs include Modbus, DDA, 4-20mA analog and HART.
The SoCLEAN is designed for pharmaceutical production tanks, bioreactors, blending vessels and brewery fermentation tanks where level measurement must withstand regular CIP and SIP cleaning cycles. Typical applications include pharmaceutical biotech vessels, food and beverage process tanks and dairy processing equipment where sanitary construction and hygienic process connections are procurement requirements.
