ELGO IZ16E: Integrated Position Measurement and Display Solution

The ELGO IZ16E represents a complete measurement and visualisation solution in a single compact package. This battery-operated device pairs an external magnetic sensor with an integrated position display, connected via a drag-chain compatible cable.

Linear measurement applications use a coded magnetic tape adhered along the travel path. This tape provides continuous position data to the incremental sensor, which tracks movement without physical contact, eliminating mechanical wear entirely. Rotary applications can alternatively employ magnetic rings for angular measurement.
