The Level Plus LLH is a liquid level transmitter for sanitary and hygienic applications, with a Ra 25µin (0.64µm) sanitary finish and NPT or Tri-Clamp connections from 3/4 to 6 inches. Measuring lengths from 127mm to 2,525mm. Outputs include Analog, SSI, CANbus, IO-Link, EtherCAT, POWERLINK, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET.

The Level Plus LLH is an LL-Series magnetostrictive liquid level transmitter for sanitary and hygienic level measurement in machine automation applications. Sanitary finish Ra 25µin (0.64µm) standard. IP69K rated. Mounts on most tanks via NPT and Tri-Clamp connections from 3/4 to 6 inches. Measuring lengths from 127mm to 2,525mm, resolution ±0.5mm. Outputs include Analog, SSI, CANbus, IO-Link, EtherCAT, POWERLINK, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET. No scheduled maintenance or recalibration required for a 10-year service life.
The LLH is designed for sanitary process vessels and food, beverage and pharmaceutical machinery where hygienic construction and machine automation fieldbus protocols are both required. Typical applications include sanitary tank level measurement on food processing lines, brewery vessels and pharmaceutical equipment where IP69K protection and Ethernet-based protocols are specified.
