Temposonics MH-Series FLEX Safety in Ireland
The Temposonics MH-Series FLEX Safety combines a flexible SMART Sensing Element with SIL-2 rated outputs for long-stroke hydraulic cylinders on mobile machinery. It supports stroke lengths up to 10,500 mm with 0.1 mm resolution and CANopen Safety or J1939-76 outputs. Internal components can be exchanged with 200 mm of clearance without breaking the hydraulic seal.
Irish builders of cranes and aerial work platforms specify the FLEX Safety where long cylinder stroke, safety-rated position feedback, and the ability to service the sensor on-machine are all required simultaneously.
