PID Controller, 48x48mm (1/16 DIN)
The Pixsys ATR244 is the flagship 1/16 DIN controller in the Blue Line range. Single and dual analog input versions are available, allowing two processes and two separate control loops, or mathematical operations between the two inputs. Outputs are selectable as command, alarm, or analog retransmission of process or setpoint. RS485 Modbus RTU is available as an option. Extended-range power supply 24 to 230V AC/DC with galvanic isolation.

Pixsys ATR244 in Ireland
The ATR244 is the most capable 1/16 DIN controller Pixsys make. The dual analog input version manages two separate control loops from one device, or performs sum, difference and average operations between the two inputs. Output selection covers relay, SSR logic, 0-10V, 4-20mA and servo valve drive for modulating valves. RS485 Modbus RTU brings the controller onto an industrial network, and pairs with the Pixsys CNV580 IIoT modem for remote monitoring. A scrolling help line describes each parameter as it is selected, so the device is configurable without the manual.
The ATR244 is specified where a single panel position must control two processes, where the controller sits on a Modbus network, or where modulating valve control is required. Typical applications include process skids, ovens and kilns, food and beverage production, and packaged machinery with more than one temperature zone. Suitable for any application requiring panel-mounted PID control with dual-loop capability or network communication.
