Modular PLC + HMI Controllers
The Unitronics UniStream Modular is a PLC and HMI system built from snap-together components: an HMI panel in 7, 10.4 or 15.6 inch sizes, a CPU-for-Panel, and Uni-I/O and Uni-COM modules that mount directly on the back of the panel. The assembled unit is a single compact controller matched to the application's I/O requirement. Programmed in UniLogic, supplied free of charge. Available in the Cloud series with a built-in five year UniCloud start-up subscription.

Unitronics UniStream Modular in Ireland
The UniStream Modular is the configurable variant of the Unitronics UniStream family. The HMI panel, CPU and I/O are separate components that snap together into a single unit, so the controller is specified to match the application rather than the application being fitted around a fixed I/O count. Panel sizes are 7, 10.4 and 15.6 inches, with expansion to 2,048 I/O points and remote I/O over CANbus to 1000m. All programming is in UniLogic, which covers ladder logic, HMI design and communications in one environment at no cost.
The UniStream Modular is specified for machine and process control where the I/O count, panel size and communications must be tailored to the application. Typical applications include batching and recipe-driven production, packaging lines, water and wastewater control and OEM machinery. Suitable for any control application where a combined PLC and HMI must scale across a wide I/O range without changing platform or programming environment.
