The Unitronics Vision 1040 is an all-in-one PLC and HMI with a 10.4 inch colour touchscreen and keypad. It accepts snap-in I/O modules and I/O expansions, scaling up to 1,000 I/O points. Programmed in VisiLogic, supplied free of charge, covering ladder logic and HMI design in one environment.

The Unitronics Vision 1040 combines a PLC and HMI in one unit with a 10.4 inch colour TFT touchscreen at 800 by 600 resolution. Built-in Ethernet, serial, and USB communication is standard, with snap-in I/O expansion and free VisiLogic software supporting data logging, recipes, trends, VNC, and a web server.
The Vision 1040 is specified where a large operator display and keypad entry are both required from a single panel-mounted unit. Typical applications include batching and recipe-driven production, packaging machinery and process control with detailed operator screens.
