Temposonics C-Series Light Industrial in Ireland
The Temposonics C-Series is the light industrial variant in the Temposonics range, designed for OEM integration where installation space is minimal and volume pricing matters. Three variants address different integration requirements: the CORE embeddable sensor for direct integration into the machine structure; the M1 housing for lightweight external mounting with IP69 protection; and the H2 housing where shock and vibration resistance is required. Stroke lengths cover 72mm to 250mm in fixed increments. Analog output on all variants; PWM available on CORE only.
The C-Series was originally developed for automotive position sensing and has since been confirmed across medical equipment, marine steer-by-wire systems, vehicle cabin suspension and solar panel tracking. Typical applications include fine hydraulic cylinder position control on hospital beds and rehabilitation equipment, steering cylinder feedback on multi-engine boats, and cabin suspension control on off-highway vehicles.
