The Temposonics C-Series is a compact magnetostrictive position sensor for integration into light industrial and fine mechanics applications where small size and volume pricing for OEM production are primary requirements. Available in three variants: the CORE embeddable sensor for direct OEM integration; the M1 lightweight IP69 housing for external mounting; and the H2 shock and vibration housing for demanding environments. Stroke lengths from 72mm to 250mm. Outputs: Analog and PWM (CORE only). Supply voltage 5VDC or 12VDC.

Temposonics C-Series Light Industrial in Ireland
The Temposonics C-Series is the light industrial variant in the Temposonics range, designed for OEM integration where installation space is minimal and volume pricing matters. Three variants address different integration requirements: the CORE embeddable sensor for direct integration into the machine structure; the M1 housing for lightweight external mounting with IP69 protection; and the H2 housing where shock and vibration resistance is required. Stroke lengths cover 72mm to 250mm in fixed increments. Analog output on all variants; PWM available on CORE only.
The C-Series was originally developed for automotive position sensing and has since been confirmed across medical equipment, marine steer-by-wire systems, vehicle cabin suspension and solar panel tracking. Typical applications include fine hydraulic cylinder position control on hospital beds and rehabilitation equipment, steering cylinder feedback on multi-engine boats, and cabin suspension control on off-highway vehicles. Suitable for any OEM application requiring compact absolute linear position measurement across strokes up to 250mm where the sensor must integrate directly into the machine structure or be mounted externally in a lightweight housing.
