Temposonics L-Series in Ireland
The Temposonics L-Series is a backward-compatible magnetostrictive linear position sensor for special applications and legacy retrofits, covering stroke lengths from 50 to 7600 mm with sub-2 µm resolution. The LD variant features detached electronics, allowing the sensor rod and electronics housing to be installed separately.
The L-Series LD separates the sensor rod from the electronics housing, allowing flexible installation where the two components cannot share the same mounting location. Typical applications include replacement of installed Temposonics sensors on metals, plastics and heavy process plant where the existing wiring, mounting and form factor must be preserved.
