The Temposonics T-Series TH is a magnetostrictive linear position sensor designed for installation in potentially explosive atmospheres, with stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L) housing and approvals including ATEX, IECEx, NEC, CEC, EAC Ex, ClassNK, KCs, CCC and UKCA. IP ratings include IP66, IP67, IP68 and IP69K. Available in rod style for cylinder installation. Outputs: Analog, CANbus, SSI.

Overview
The Temposonics T-Series is a magnetostrictive linear position sensor specifically designed and certified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. With hazardous area approvals including ATEX, IECEx, NEC, CEC, EAC Ex, and KCs, the T-Series is trusted in oil and gas, chemical processing, and other hazardous environments worldwide. Available as rod version (TH) with stroke lengths from 50 mm to 7,600 mm and analog, CANbus, or SSI outputs.

Selection Guidance
The T-Series is the only Temposonics sensor family specifically designed for global hazardous area installation. Select the T-Series when your application is in a classified zone (ATEX Zone 1 or Zone 2). For non-hazardous applications, consider the R-Series V, G-Series V, or E-Series for potentially better value.
